Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join a plaintiff-side firm, offering courtroom exposure and growth in a collaborative environment. Prior plaintiff-side experience is not required, though background in personal injury litigation on either side is preferred.

You will manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, support trial preparation, and maintain client communications in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Experience handling litigation matters, including motion practice and discovery.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent courtroom advocacy and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience).
