• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients.
• Organized and capable of independently managing deadlines and case responsibilities.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career with a growing plaintiff-side practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing personal injury litigation matters from initial case development through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Managing written and document discovery
• Communicating directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments
• Evaluating claims, damages, and potential case resolutions
• Preparing matters for mediation, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trial
• Working closely with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy

Our client, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career in plaintiff-side litigation while taking on meaningful case responsibility and benefiting directly from their contributions to the firm.

The position offers a competitive $160,000–$180,000 base salary plus commission potential, providing significant financial upside without requiring the attorney to develop their own book of business or bring in clients.

The firm is particularly interested in someone who wants to become an integral, long-term member of the practice.

The Role

The associate will work on plaintiff-side personal injury matters and take an active role throughout the litigation lifecycle.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing personal injury litigation matters from initial case development through resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents

Candidate Profile

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active and in-good-standing bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction
• Ideally 2-3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong candidates with approximately 1 year of substantive litigation experience will also be considered
• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Organized and capable of independently managing deadlines and case responsibilities
