Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a North Dallas plaintiff litigation firm in finding an Associate Attorney to join its trial team. This role handles complex personal injury, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury matters with strong mentorship and resources.

You will manage cases from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, take depositions, and advocate in court settings. Ideal candidates hold a Texas JD, are licensed, and possess solid civil litigation knowledge.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Trial experience or a strong interest in courtroom litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of plaintiff litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal guidance and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff.
