Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join any of our U.S. offices, with a particular preference in the Miami or Cincinnati offices. Experience with healthcare/managed care litigation is a plus but not required. The individual hired for this position will be responsible for handling most aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions; legal research; arguing hearings; managing discovery requests and responses; taking and defending depositions; and assisting with trial preparations and trial.
