• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide analysis on probate, trust, and commercial litigation issues.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Manage an active caseload efficiently while meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
