Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Job Summary

The Litigation Associate will support Litigation Partners and Senior Associates in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. The associate will conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs. Responsibilities also include taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and supporting mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The associate will have significant client interaction and may manage multiple cases with "first chair" responsibilities as needed.

Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem solving for clients.

Requirements

• At least two years of civil litigation experience (judicial clerk experience may be considered)
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar and in good standing
• Additional admissions in Ohio and/or West Virginia are preferred
