Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Manage litigation from start to trial, including hearings, depositions, and site inspections.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests such as interrogatories, RFAs, and document requests.
• Develop litigation strategies and analyze liability/exposure.
• Communicate regularly with clients to align on case goals.
• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active CA bar license.
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in premises liability.
• Strong writing, time management, and discovery drafting skills.
