Job Description

What you will be doing: Manage litigation from start to trial (hearings, depositions, site inspections, and more) Draft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, RFAs, document requests) Develop litigation strategies and analyze liability/exposure Communicate regularly with clients to align on case direction and goals Collaborate daily with experienced ABOTA trial attorneys Experience you will need: J.D. and active CA bar license 1+ year of civil litigation experience (premises liability preferred) Strong writing, time management, and discovery drafting skills
