What You’ll Do

As a Litigation Attorney, you'll manage a meaningful caseload while working alongside a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing employment litigation matters from pre‑litigation through resolution
• Conducting case evaluations and developing litigation strategy
• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Managing written discovery and discovery strategy
• Attending mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
• Working with experts and preparing cases for trial
• Advising and communicating with clients throughout litigation
• Mentoring paralegals and litigation support staff while delegating administrative work appropriately
• Helping strengthen and expand one of California's fastest‑growing plaintiff employment practices

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking attorneys who combine strong legal skills with sound judgment and a genuine passion for advocacy.

Preferred qualifications:

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
• Significant experience taking and defending depositions
• Strong law and motion practice
• Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy
• Highly organized with strong case management abilities
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement

Trial experience is a plus but not required.
