We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Trust and Estates Litigation attorney to join our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the legal field, we want to hear from you.

Must have 3+ years of litigation (Civil California) experience.

Compensation: $128,000 – $196,000, full-time, remote (can be onsite if preferred).

Benefits (if full time): Medical, 10 Days Paid Vacation, 6 Paid Holidays, Paid State Bar Dues.

Employment Type: Remote and/or Hybrid (if needed). If preferred, can be on-site.

Eligible candidates should possess exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. They will develop relationships with clients while establishing legal objectives, explaining legal options, providing legal advice, and representing them in court and mediation. They will also meet with prospective clients, collaborate with our team members, and perform other duties to achieve goals.

Candidates Must Possess The Following Qualifications:

• Active California Bar member in good standing
• Possess great research and writing skills
• Excellence in their verbal and written communication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Good with attention to detail
