As an Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing insurance policies and advising insurers on coverage issues
• Drafting coverage opinions and defending carriers in bad faith cases
• Managing caseloads with support from experienced partners
• Handling depositions, discovery, and dispositive motions

Position Details:

• Location: Offices in Los Angeles – 100% remote
• Autonomy over work and schedule
• Base salary up to $200,000 depending on experience
• Profit-sharing bonus: $145/hour on net billables above 1,600 hours
• Discretionary bonuses (many associates receive five-figure bonuses annually)
