The ideal Litigation Associate candidate will have 1-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in product liability, toxic tort, and / or general negligence cases.

Litigation Associate Responsibilities :

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Manage a caseload involving product liability, toxic tort, and general negligence claims.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials as appropriate.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
• Experience in Product Liability, Toxic Tort, or General Negligence (Preferred)
• CA Bar Admission
