The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience, an active Ohio bar license, and strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience (PI, MVA) preferred.
• Active Ohio bar license in good standing.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and collaboratively with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from intake through resolution.
• Own files, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Evaluate cases and provide timely reporting to insurance clients.
• Serve as trial counsel in appropriate matters.
