We are seeking a highly motivated litigation attorney with at least four years of litigation experience to join our team. This full-time associate position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and play a key role in achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
The litigation attorney will be responsible for independently managing cases through all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is a skilled advocate with strong analytical, writing, and courtroom abilities.
Active license to practice law in Illinois and good standing with the Illinois Bar.
Experience in commercial litigation, employment litigation, insurance coverage, personal injury defense, appellate matters, construction litigation, or other relevant litigation areas.
Hybrid work arrangement. Attorneys are expected to work in the office three days per week.
