A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm known for its inclusive and collaborative culture, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation Group in its Los Angeles office.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an active trial practice within a collegial team, supporting clients in high-stakes litigation matters at both the state and federal levels. The firm has an exceptional reputation for fostering professional development and providing substantive hands-on litigation experience from early in your career.

This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from a Top 50 accredited law school
• Admitted to the California Bar
• 1–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Experience representing clients in both California state and federal courts
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Comfortable handling discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings
• Trial experience or trial preparation experience is a plus
• Highly motivated to take initiative and assume responsibility for case work
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters across various stages, from early case assessment to trial
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal court
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Coordinate and execute discovery plans
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy
• Participate in trial preparation and support as needed
