Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is looking for an experienced litigation attorney in our Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong academic credentials and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation including, commercial and business, municipal, construction, employment and insurance defense. Our Firm offers competitive compensation, annual bonus plans, great benefits, and the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of matters.
Normal professional office setting. Evening and/or weekend work. In State travel will be required.
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. May need to climb stairs and lift up to 30 lbs.
