The Leach Firm P.A. is seeking an experienced attorney to join its nationally recognized plaintiff-side employment law department in Atlanta.

The firm handles wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wage claims, offering ownership over cases from screening to trial. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of litigation experience, strong writing and oral advocacy, and a genuine interest in employee advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience required.
• Active Georgia bar admission.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Comfortable managing a full caseload independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused with the ability to juggle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Evaluate and screen incoming cases for merit and fit; manage your own caseload and deadlines.
• Build referral relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth through networking and reputation.

About the Role

Our firm is looking for an experienced attorney to add to our nationally recognized plaintiff-side employment law department. We are known for winning strong results for clients dealing with wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wage claims. Our caseload is growing quickly, and we're looking for an experienced litigator to join our team as we expand. This is a role for an attorney who wants real ownership over their cases — from initial screening through trial — and who's motivated by both the work itself and a compensation structure that rewards strong performance.

What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Evaluate and screen incoming cases for merit and fitManage your own caseload and deadlines with a high degree of independence
• Build referral relationships and contribute to the firm's growth through networking and reputation — no cold-calling or sales quotas

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of litigation experience (employment law experience strongly preferred, but not required)
• Active bar admission in Georgia
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable managing a full caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused, with the organizational skills to juggle competing deadlines
• A genuine interest in advocating for employees facing workplace issues

Compensation & Growth

• $130,000-150,000/yr
