You will manage case files, coordinate calendars and deadlines, prepare court filings, and support three attorneys while maintaining accuracy, poise, and professionalism in a busy office.

This full-time hybrid role requires five or more years of litigation experience, strong e-filing skills in California courts, and excellent proofreading and communication abilities to ensure

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant.
• Strong calendaring skills including court rules.
• Hands-on experience with California e-filing; familiarity with state and federal courts.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Exceptional proofreading and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and client-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Keep litigation matters moving from opening through resolution.
• Coordinate calendars and deadlines; verify and monitor deadlines.
• Prepare polished court filings and e-file in CA courts.
• Finalize discovery for service; redact information and apply Bates numbers.
• Support three attorneys with high-level litigation support.
• Communicate proactively with attorneys and team members.
• Manage administrative details: travel, expenses, time entry, files.
