Qualifications

Experience handling premises liability, dog attack, or workplace injury cases.
Personal injury experience.
Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to distinguish urgent vs important tasks.
Empathy and strong attention to detail are required.
Strong note-taking and organizational skills; ability to navigate multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
Foster productive relationships with clients and their attorney.
Manage a docket of 40–45 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorneys, and leadership.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and demands under the supervision of a lawyer.
