Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Litigation Assistant located in Alamo, CA. The Litigation Assistant will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, managing case files, addressing calendaring needs, and aiding in trial preparation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include communication with clients and external counsel, organizing documentation, filing court documents, and performing other administrative and legal support tasks.
