Brand & Tapply LLC is seeking a full-time, New Hampshire barred attorney to join its insurance defense practice. This remote role will handle insurance fraud investigations and litigation for clients across New Hampshire.

The successful candidate will excel in legal research and writing, manage a caseload remotely, and collaborate closely with our attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to advance litigation and investigations nationwide within the NH jurisdiction.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New Hampshire State Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience; insurance fraud defense litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a fully remote work environment.
• Strong professional judgment, organizational and communication skills.

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.

We are seeking a full-time, New Hampshire barred attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice firm. This is a remote position handling insurance fraud investigation and litigation of fraud for insurance clients throughout New Hampshire.

The successful candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, sound judgment, excellent communication abilities and a demonstrated interest in litigation. They will collaborate closely with our attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to manage litigation matters and conduct comprehensive insurance investigations across the country.

Responsibilities
