Brand & Tapply LLC is seeking a full-time, New Hampshire barred attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice. This remote position handles insurance fraud investigation and litigation for clients across New Hampshire.

The successful candidate will have strong research and writing skills and thrive in a collaborative, remote team environment. Responsibilities include managing matters from start to finish, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, preparing for depositions,

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and NH Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience; insurance fraud defense preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, conferences, and EUOs where applicable.
• Analyze issues and develop effective case strategies.
• Assist with factual investigation, document review, and file organization.
• Make court appearances in New Hampshire as required.
• Work independently while collaborating in a remote environment.
• Maintain compliance with court rules, obligations, deadlines, and reporting.
