Brand & Tapply LLC seeks a full-time New Hampshire barred attorney to join its insurance defense practice. This remote role handles insurance fraud investigations and litigation for clients across NH and beyond, with emphasis on strong research, writing, and sound judgment.

You will work with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and courts to manage matters from investigation through resolution, conduct discovery, draft pleadings, attend depositions, and appear in NH courts as needed, all

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active New Hampshire State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience; insurance fraud defense litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a fully remote work environment.
• Strong professional judgment, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned matters from initial case assessment through resolution.

• Work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff in a remote environment.
• Maintain compliance with applicable court rules, professional obligations, deadlines, and client reporting requirements.

We are seeking a full-time, New Hampshire barred attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice firm. This is a remote position handling insurance fraud investigation and litigation of fraud for insurance clients throughout New Hampshire.

The successful candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills, sound judgment, excellent communication abilities and a demonstrated interest in litigation. They will collaborate closely with our attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to manage litigation matters and conduct comprehensive insurance investigations across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned matters from initial case assessment and investigation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, pleadings, motions, memoranda and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, mediations, and, where applicable conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
• Analyze legal and factual issues and develop effective case strategies.
• Assist with case preparation, including factual investigation, document review, and organization of case files.
