Role Overview

We're looking for bright, enthusiastic individuals, with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a firm with numerous other high-level attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conducting legal research
• Maintaining responsibility for all aspects of respective contested cases, including devising legal strategies and executing on legal strategies
• Admission to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania; Superior writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities
• Capable of identifying and resolving legal issues quickly and proficiently
• Able and eager to manage a heavy workload and produce a significant amount of legal work

Compensation and Benefits

Location

The position can be located in either our Philly or Marlton, NJ office.
