Job summary

TruLegal is seeking an AI Advisor to join its Innovation team, embedded with case teams to integrate AI into active litigation matters. You will design prompts, build reusable AI skills, and guide attorneys on tool capabilities throughout the litigation lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with legal AI platforms like Harvey, Legora, or CoCounsel, plus practical workflow development in modern LLM platforms. Hybrid work with in-office presence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal technology, litigation support, eDiscovery, knowledge management, practice innovation, or a related environment.
• Hands-on working knowledge of legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or CoCounsel, with demonstrated depth beyond basic familiarity.
• Practical experience developing reusable assets such as Skills, Projects, and Workflows within modern LLM platforms or comparable tools.
• Demonstrated prompt engineering expertise for substantive professional tasks, including real‑world examples.
• Working understanding of the litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert work, motions, and trial.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with case teams as a dedicated AI resource for active matters.
• Design prompts and develop reusable AI skills and workflows for recurring legal tasks.
• Advise attorneys on what AI tools can and cannot effectively accomplish.
• Support broader firmwide AI adoption, evaluation, training, and capability development.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering resources on advanced solutions.
