Job summary

GC AI is building the operating system for in-house legal teams. As a Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design of a platform evolving from AI copilot to full workflow orchestration and autonomous legal teams.

You’ll tackle hard AI design problems, create intuitive multi-agent workflows, surface insights from large datasets, and craft the visual and interaction language in collaboration with founders, customers, and engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or workflow/productivity
• Strong Figma skills and comfort working within an established design system
• Prototype in HTML/CSS/JS (or React) or have a CS degree or equivalent technical background
• Sharp visual and interaction design sensibility with clear hierarchy and thoughtful motion
• Move fast and iterate toward excellence, shipping work and learning from users
• Own your work completely and proactively raise issues you spot

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native end-to-end workflows (prompt inputs, agent outputs, streaming, citations, confidence signals)
• Ship features weekly in partnership with PMs and engineers from early explorations to handoff
• Prototype AI interaction patterns (chat, agents, document review, multi-step automations)
• Contribute to and extend the Figma design system for speed and consistency
• Engage with in-house legal users to understand workflows, pain points, and AI impact
• Translate dense legal workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
