Job summary

Direct in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to install, calibrate, and support large-scale lithography equipment. After initial San Jose training, you will deploy on-site to Boise and provide hands-on maintenance and advanced technical support.

You will work closely with client engineers, perform PM, collect logs, diagnose issues, and ensure equipment uptime while following safety protocols and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor environment experience preferred.
• Core electronics and mechanical capabilities required.
• Transferable technical backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM and collect data within standard time.
• Collect logs, error codes, and tool parameters for escalation.
• Prepare installation documentation and perform calibration procedures.
• Submit daily field service reports and ensure proper billing.
• Build customer relationships and follow escalation processes.
