Job summary

Upstream Literacy, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Partner to guide a portfolio of school partners through AI-enabled literacy adoption, using HI insights to transform practice and MTSS alignment.

This role offers remote coaching, strategic advisory support, and beta-year feedback essential for shaping the platform. You will lead beta cohort activities, manage relationships with school leaders, coaches, and districts, and apply implementation science to plan sustainable literacy pathways

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in literacy, reading science, education, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree acceptable with substantial equivalent experience in literacy leadership or EdTech consulting.
• Experience leading change in K-12 settings and implementing MTSS or similar frameworks.
• Experience in EdTech customer success or implementation roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead BETA Year Cohort, guiding 2026–2027 schools through early adoption challenges.
• Serve as primary point of contact for school partners with principals and district leaders.
• Apply Implementation Science to integrate Upstream Literacy into MTSS and school systems.
• Plan and translate platform insights into actionable, sustainable school-wide actions.
• Provide HI consultation and regular check-ins to adapt strategies based on feedback.
