Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years in Literacy/ELA education or coaching.
• Strong knowledge of K-8 literacy and evidence-based practices.
• Experience designing or leading professional learning for teachers and leaders.
• Ability to analyze data to support instructional decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Live within 30 miles of Long Island posting location.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted professional learning and on-site coaching.
• Analyse district and school data to inform learning plans.
• Develop annual professional learning plans with district leaders.
