Qualifications

• Master's degree in Reading, Literacy, Education, or a closely related field required.

• Ability to evaluate student progress and modify instructional strategies based on individual needs.
• Strong classroom facilitation, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, supportive, and student-focused approach with a commitment to helping learners achieve measurable progress.
