You will support teachers with planning, feedback, modeling best practices, and providing resources while analyzing data to guide professional development and PLCs.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the leadership team to align curriculum and improve student literacy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current teaching certificate/license required.
• Reading Specialist certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in teaching reading and literacy with data evidence.
• Ability to share instruction and assessment strategies with staff.
