Qualifications

Strong data literacy and instructional decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide job-embedded coaching to teachers via modeling, co-planning, co-teaching, observation, and feedback.
Support implementation of evidence-based literacy practices across phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and writing.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners, including multilingual learners and students with disabilities.
Collaborate with teachers and leadership to analyze literacy data and set goals.
Design and facilitate professional learning aligned to district priorities and Read to Succeed requirements.
