Qualifications

• Requires valid real estate license in the state of New Mexico.
• Team player with strong communication and sales skills.
• 3+ years real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Learning based, growth-minded.
• Organized.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to promote listings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential.

Responsibilities

• Complete from PLACE Agent Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly.
• Conduct four open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.
