Something About Santa Fe Realtors, partnered with Keller Williams and powered by PLACE, is seeking a Listing Assistant to join a high-performing team in Santa Fe, NM. You will learn from top real estate professionals, execute PLACE lead-generation systems, run open houses, and convert prospects into appointments.

You will guide sellers through pricing, staging, and listing services while negotiating offers.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Ability to build rapport and listen to clients to identify solutions.
• Proven prospecting and lead-generation skills with strong objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing services.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology.
