Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an active California Real Estate License and at least 2 years of relevant experience in operations or listing coordination. The role offers a base salary of $80,000 – $110,000, performance bonuses, and a pathway to a Director of Operations / COO position.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License required.
• 2+ years experience in Listing Coordination, Transaction Coordination, or Operations.
• Experience managing multiple transactions (15-25+) at once.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20-30 active real estate listings.
• Oversee the entire listing lifecycle from pre-listing to closing.
• Ensure listings are accurate and executed professionally.
