The Alliance Team in New York City is seeking a Listing Assistant to join a top real estate network across North America. You will collaborate with buyers and sellers, execute lead-gen, and manage listings using PLACE technology.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional required.
• 3+ years’ real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Learning based, growth-minded attitude.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies and listing-related services.
