Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers on behalf of clients.
• Track tasks using PLACE Technology and maintain organization.
• Conduct two open houses monthly and convert activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team trainings, with regular coaching.
