Qualifications

• Must be a motivated, full-time real estate sales professional.
• Experience in listing or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform market analysis and pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Meet with home buyers to understand goals, needs and timeline.
• Help buyers search for and evaluate homes and schedule showings.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts; guide clients through closing.
