Responsibilities include meeting buyers, showing homes, negotiating offers, and guiding clients from consultation to closing while leveraging our CRM and training resources to build your real estate business.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License required.
• Located in or able to serve the Houston, TX market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems.
• Comfortable working with CRM and real estate technology.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, appointments, and transactions.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Full-time commitment to real estate.

Responsabilités

• Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their needs.
• Show homes and guide buyers through the purchase process.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts.
• Manage clients from consultation through closing.
• Follow up with leads using our CRM and sales systems.
• Coordinate with lenders and other transaction partners.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in sales training and coaching.
• Build referrals and repeat business.
