Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Sunquest LIS Analyst to support Sunquest LIS applications in a healthcare setting. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with client stakeholders, and collaborate with offshore teams to deliver high-quality support and enhancements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience with Clinisys Sunquest LIS Applications Support including managing day to day operations and client relationships.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SME for application workflows and configurations.
• Manage daily support and maintenance activities per SLAs.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and monitor performance.
• Maintain system documentation including workflows and testing protocols.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for application workflows and configurations.
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities per SLAs.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams and monitor performance.
• Maintain system documentation including workflows and testing protocols.
• Ensure HIPAA, data governance, and security policy compliance.
• Participate in regular team meetings and report risks and resource needs.
• Support the teams working on other applications.
