Accenture in Irvine, CA seeks a Sunquest LIS Analyst to manage Sunquest LIS applications, daily operations, and client stakeholder relationships. You will coordinate with offshore teams and ensure timely incidents resolution while maintaining HIPAA and security policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and collaboration across Accenture teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality support in a healthcare setting.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Clinisys Sunquest LIS Applications Support and managing day-to-day operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for application workflows and configurations.
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities per SLAs.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams for effective communication and task delegation.
• Maintain system documentation including workflows and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and security policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings with updates on risks and resources.
• Support teams working on other applications.
