Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Sunquest systems specialist to configure and maintain test, billing, and instrument modules, with on-call weekend rotation and cross-training opportunities. The role requires strong HL7 troubleshooting and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include instrument setup, reference range configuration, patient workflow management, and handling interface issues across orders and results. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Sunquest modules (tests, worksheets, billing).
• Strong HL7 messaging troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to work weekend on-call.
• Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Sunquest instruments and reference ranges.
• Manage patient creation, ordering tests and results.
• Troubleshoot interfaces, orders and results issues.
• Support printer issues and test sends.
• Participate in L2/L3 maintenance projects and on-call rotation.
