Accenture Flex is seeking a Sunquest LIS Analyst to manage Sunquest LIS applications in a healthcare environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations, engage client stakeholders, and collaborate with offshore teams to deliver high-quality support and enhancements.

As part of Accenture’s healthcare practice, you will maintain documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with multiple teams while aligning system capabilities with business needs.

Qualificações

• Experience with Clinisys Sunquest LIS applications and day-to-day operations.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for application workflows and configurations.
• Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities per SLAs.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams for communication, task delegation and performance monitoring.
• Maintain system documentation including workflows, build specifications and testing protocols.
• Ensure HIPAA, data governance and security policy compliance.
• Participate in regular team meetings with updates on ongoing work, risks, and resource needs.
• Support teams working on other applications.
