Qualifications

• One year as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Two years as a Liquor Store Clerk 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Two years of lead or supervisory retail sales work

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store functions, ensuring efficient operations and achievement of business objectives
• Oversee and guide store employees, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support
• Drive sales initiatives through inventory handling, customer assistance, and informed product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and staff
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure proper product placement and merchandising
• Manage cash processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to laws, regulations and company policies
