Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Liquid Profiling Specialist - Customer Support in Phoenix to act as SME between the Lab, Field and Customer Support on Liquid Profiling cases. You will monitor case status, ensure documentation quality, and coordinate training across teams.

You will also support mobile phlebotomy vendors, resolve escalations, and help improve standard operating procedures while upholding HIPAA compliance. Hybrid schedule possible after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in customer support.
• Understands HIPAA and privacy of patient data.
• Experience with hands-on and phone-based support, PC hardware, Windows OS and productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert in Liquid Profiling cases between Lab, Field and Account Liaison teams.
• Triages internal and external inquiries and coordinates with internal teams.
• Builds relationships across Caris departments to ensure clear communication.
• Investigates case delays and updates case notes.
• Facilitates Liquid Profiling training, in person or virtually, including shipper kits, requisitions and patient consent forms.
• Addresses client or patient escalations and supports field operations.
