Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples: blood centrifugation, plasma processing, buffy coat extraction.
• Perform RNA and DNA extractions for daily testing.
• Execute molecular techniques: real-time PCR and Next-Generation Sequencing.
• Create CAPA documents for nonconformance events.
• Participate in validations, proficiency testing, and process improvements.
• Maintain LIS data entry and track patient files.
