Job summary

Elementis Global in Milwaukee, WI seeks a production operator to monitor and maintain liquid tanks, perform filtering, transferring, and adjustments of liquids, and assist in filling and sampling of finished products. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and safety protocols.

You will operate PLC and forklift as needed, record processing data accurately, and support manufacturing of batches with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Ability to follow written directions and SOPs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain tanks and equipment.
• Load raw materials using PLC system and manual load system.
• Dispose of used totes/drums and packaging as necessary.
• Pump to vertical mills and sample as required.
• Operate forklift to load/unload materials and assist in handling.
• Fill finished product containers according to SOPs.
• Inspect equipment and record processing data accurately.
• Fulfill written work orders as assigned.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.
