Job summary

Perimeter Solutions (Solberg) in Green Bay, WI, is seeking Production Operators to operate chemical mixing equipment safely and efficiently. You will follow SOPs, document lots, and support safety and quality in daily production.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a preference for experience in chemical manufacturing; forklift certification is a plus. Full benefits and OT opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• OSHA forklift certification a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong mechanical understanding and debugging skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional conduct.
• Strong computer skills and ERP data entry.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate foam blending panels and manage foam batch preparation with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas to ensure safety and prevent contamination.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire apparatus, tools, and equipment.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production equipment between warehouse and working area.
• Adhere to safety policies, regulations, and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
• Package, label and weigh Solberg & Phos-Chek products and document lot numbers.
• Accurately complete production records and note shipments.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Manage work order shipments and data entry using ERP system.
• Collect and document quality control samples per procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment for production staff.
• Support Plan and Schedule Production with management guidance.
• Handle material warehousing and shipping of products.
