Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Mason, OH is seeking General helpers/Machine Operators to support liquid pouch production. You will work on filling equipment, perform packaging tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards in a fast-paced team setting.

This 2nd shift position (3pm–11pm) offers starting pay of $23.17 per hour, 10 company holidays, and vacation eligibility after 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work all shifts including 2nd/3rd weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Qualified score on job skills assessment after interview.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished product and seal cases.
• Assemble corrugated boxes and partitions for shipping.
• Label and palletize finished cases correctly.
• Monitor weights, packaging components, and scrap according to procedures.
• Assist with machine start-ups and changeovers.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
