Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking General helpers to work at our Rectangle Cup production area in Mason, OH. You will perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety standards, and contribute ideas to improve processes. Second shift is currently available.

Ideal candidates will be safety and quality oriented with strong teamwork, attendance, and reliability. Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and pass job skills assessments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Available to work all shifts including second, third, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and adhere to quality standards.
• Qualified score on job skills assessment after interview.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and perform minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and seal cases for shipping.
• Label and box finished goods, and place on pallets per plan.
• Monitor weights and packaging components for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area during and after shifts.
